Las Vegas – One of Las Vegas most innovative properties is about to kick off whole new era of cool.
The Posh Hotel & Casino, a 188-room boutique property located on the Las Vegas Strip, soon will debut more than $150 million worth of additions and renovations, including new restaurants, salon & spa and a 10,000 square foot, tattoo mega-studio, featuring a multimillion-dollar collection of art.
It’s exciting to see how tattooing has grown so much in the last 15 years, explains CEO Dan Murray, “We believe by combining this artistic culture with a world-class art collection, we will be creating an exciting atmosphere and unforgettable experience for our guests.”
Those millions of dollars in improvements are designed to attract millennials and capitalize on opportunities for greater profitability. Six world-class tattoo artists have already partnered with the new tattoo mega-studio, set to open on New Year’s Eve. “Partnering with talented artists such as Riley Reynolds and Duff Davis, provides an essence and expertise of their practice that should be associated with any luxury boutique resort,” says Murray, “These types of partnerships are part of a long-term transformation of our Revenue Strategy culture.”
The Posh Hotel & Casino has hired an outside boutique marketing agency to assist with the brand collaboration. Kim Robinson, Chief Operations Officer for Posh, said a smaller team eliminates multiple divisions or managerial layers.
“Everyone contributes to everything; positioning, strategy, and execution. There’s no separation of teams, so there’s no miscommunication among teams. This flat organizational structure makes the team more efficient and ultimately produces better results for our Joint Venture Partnership.
